TRUFFLE HUNTING OR CHEESEMAKING
Saturday, June 13

Attire: Casual (Comfortable shoes for truffle hunting)
Truffle hunting: Interested guests will embark on a guided forest walk to hunt for black truffles with an expert local truffle hunter and his trained dogs.
Cheesemaking: For this experience, we’ll be divided into two groups, each making a different local cheese—then coming back together for a taste test.

SHUTTLE TO CEREMONY
Departure: Santo Stefano di Sessanio car park

Location: Rocco Calascio
Attire: Italian Summer Elegance—Black Tie Optional. The grooms will be in tuxedos for the ceremony. Guests are invited to dress formally or semi-formally, in breathable fabrics and sun-softened tones for a golden evening in the Italian hills. Inspiration here.
Getting there: From the shuttle drop-off in Calascio, the ceremony is reached by a 15-minute walk along stone paths, past the ruins of Rocca Calascio and the Church of Santa Maria della Pietà. We recommend wearing (or bringing) comfortable footwear for the walk.
If you have any mobility concerns, please let us know in advance—assisted transportation is available upon request.
